Jill Walshaw, Branch Manager
Jill is a highly-skilled property management professional and active member of the Strata Community Australia (SCA). She has worked in the property services industry for over 12 years, joining the PICA Group in 2007 after migrating from the United Kingdom.
Jill’s qualifications include a Certificate IV in Frontline Management, and Diploma of Strata Management.
Catherine Pilarski, Strata Manager and Licensee-In-Charge
Catherine is a licensed strata manager and long-time Central Coast resident with 15 years of experience in the strata industry. Her qualifications include a Bachelor of Business (Land Economy) and a Diploma in Accounting.
